i want to cancel the disneyland tickets

i send you the money of two disneyland tickets last friday night because we was going to go to diseney this saturday. however, the tickets did''t come to us. so we want to cancel the tickets and refund the money i sent before you send the E-tickets. i want you to deal with this problem fast.
we are now in hongkong, so we have to use English keyborad only ^^;;;
